Photographer Since 2017
I have been capturing what captures me since 2017, the Spring before I graduated high school. The Winter of 2016-2017 was dark and long, I needed a change to pull me out... As I was flipping through pictures, searching for a spark of joy in the memories, I discovered photography can do just that. And I’m still here.
My drive and passion comes from life long battles with illnesses such as Autism, Anxiety and Depression. I constantly need something to get out of my head and stay connected to God. I snap a shot of whatever draws my attention, typically proof of God’s existence, creation and His love.
(The frequency of me calling out, “Hold on! I need this shot!” Inspired the name Snap my Shot for my photography business
I think having Autism plays a big part in my perspective shots, I don’t mind standing on my head to get the sunlit tree shot just right. I am often found on the ground, upside down, in a tree or a combination of these poses when a camera is in my hand. Questions are welcome but I recommend meeting me and seeing me in action for yourself!
The above pictures are purely pictures I love featuring me. (For instance, my logo, and featured photo is my first silhouette!)
They are not examples showing the quality of my pictures.
